We take on a limited number of clients each year, by referral and appointment. That focus is what lets us hold a higher standard, and stay deliberate about the clients, products, and partners we work with. Modernize 757 is led by Brad Scott, proudly serving Coastal Virginia’s vibrant Hampton Roads region, the 757.

Its two outer points stand for building science and technology; where they converge, at the center, is the home and the people in it, the reason the other two exist. The 757 sits at its heart, rooted in the region we serve.
